ORDERING:
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, email or this web site. Be sure to double check all your information before transmitting your order. Fax line ((815) 874-1722) is open 24 hours a day. We cannot promise orders will be shipped the same day, but we will do our best.

PAYMENT:
MicroBlue Racing accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards as method of payment. Orders may be shipped C.O.D. but you must have an established credit history in order to do so. Any C.O.D. order over $500.00 must be paid by certified check or money order upon delivery.

Large bulky items may require shipment via common carrier. These shipments must be prepaid prior to shipping. NO COD's on these shipments. All Canadian and overseas shipments must be paid by credit card or or prepaid with a certified check or money order before shipment.

HOURS:
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:0 p.m., and 12:30 to 4:30, CST Monday through Friday.

WARRANTY:
MicroBlue Racing offers no express, implied, or statutory warranty on items manufactured or services performed. Purchased items manufactured by companies other then MicroBlue Racing may carry their own warranty.

BACK ORDERED PARTS:
Items not in stock at time of shipment will be placed on back-order status. Back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Customer bears sole responsibility to cancel back- orders if they wish to do so. Customers are resonsible for all freight and handling charges.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All Canadian and overseas shipments must be paid by credit card or prepaid with certified check or money order before shipment. All purchases are to be paid in U.S. funds only.

PRICING:
All prices are in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice due to increases in material costs, production costs, and special tooling changes. We make every effort to hold our prices and ensure competitive pricing.

DEALERS:
Only registered dealers with approved applications on file with MicroBlue Racing at the time of the order will receive dealer pricing. Dealers MUST have a Sales Tax Exempt Certificate on file with MicroBlue Racing. Dealer status will be reviewed annually. Whal Brothers Racing reserves the right to revoke dealer status at its sole discretion.
