Each of these premium chains are improved in five ways. First, they are cryogenically processed, in house. Second, the chains are atmospherically tempered at 375 deg./F. Third, they are REM® superfinished as assembled. Fourth, we have a mechanized fixture that burnishes the coating compound into the pins and bushings. The last step in this process is to lubricate the chain. This is carried out in a custom designed vacuum vessel that pulls the lube through the pins and bushings.
