SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground (where available), unless otherwise requested. The carrier assumes responsibility for all items in transit. Title of merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery the carrier. All losses or damages are to be reported immediately to the carrier by the customer upon delivery. Shortages or incorrect items received must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Alaskan orders must be shipped via US Mail, second or next day air.

RETURNS:
You may return new, unused parts within 30 days for exchange or in-store credit. Any items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Any original invoice copy must accompany all returns, and you must call ahead and get a return authorization number before returning any item. Refused COD's are subject to collection.
